4. Use of the Platform

• Users agree to use the Platform for lawful purposes only.
• The Platform is not responsible for the conduct of any User.
• Users shall not:

  • Attempt to circumvent the Platform’s payment or communication systems.

5. Payments and Fees

• For Clients: Clients must fund their accounts or provide upfront payments for Projects as per the agreed terms with Freelancers.
• For Freelancers: Freelancers will receive payments only after project completion and Client approval.
• The Platform charges a service fee, which will be deducted from payments.
• Refund policies are subject to the Platform’s discretion.

6. Dispute Resolution

1. Users are encouraged to resolve disputes amicably.
2. If disputes cannot be resolved, Users may escalate them to the Platform for mediation.
3. The Platform’s decision in disputes is final and binding.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

1. Freelancers retain ownership of the work they produce until full payment is received.
2. Upon payment, Clients receive the rights to use the delivered work as per the agreement.
3. Users shall not infringe on the intellectual property rights of others.

8. Confidentiality

• Users agree to keep all non-public information shared during Projects confidential.

• The Platform is not responsible for breaches of confidentiality between Users.

9. Limitation of Liability

1. The Platform is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Platform.
2. Users agree to indemnify the Platform for any claims, damages, or liabilities resulting from their actions.

10. Termination

1. The Platform reserves the right to terminate User accounts at its sole discretion.
2. Users may terminate their accounts by providing notice to the Platform.

11. Governing Law
